Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on women’s shorts and t-shirts that have been tried on without protective underwear or have had tags removed.
How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- International returns: Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund original shipping costs or any customs/duties paid.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or color changes):
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item.
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually instant.
- Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
All clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
