Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and some remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your FitFemWear activewear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number

Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on women’s shorts and t-shirts that have been tried on without protective underwear or have had tags removed.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible until the package arrives.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item details
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • Price differences will be adjusted (we’ll invoice you or refund the difference)

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing (varies by bank)
    • PayPal: Usually instant
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable except in cases of our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

All clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
