5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns of most unworn items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required

Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on women’s shorts and t-shirts that have been tried on without protective underwear or have had tags removed.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

5.3 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the return process and specify your requested replacement. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
